Juventus Soccer Schools lands in Australia

Thursday 17th June saw the official inauguration of the project Juventus Soccer Schools International Australia. The new international project by JSS began from Melbourne with a winter camp, the first step of a route which will lead to the opening of more academies in Australia and New Zealand and Juventus University courses. The first academy will be inaugurated next season at the Melbourne Olympic complex, the “Westpac Centre”.

«We identified first class structures for this ambitious project – said John Caniglia, a JSS partner. – We are convinced that such an important project deserves the best facilities possible in order to guarantee the opening of a football school of high quality standards». Asked why he chose Juventus Soccer Schools for his football school project, John Caniglia answered: : «After three years of research we made this choice because we found JSS to be a consolidated model of creation and management of soccer schools, which no other team was capable of offering us. We strongly believe in this project which is rich in educational content that places the formation of the coach and the well being of the youngsters first and foremost. These factors are fundamental for us to be able to guarantee our young footballers the right education (both in football and not), which is important on the field and necessary in life».
