Manninger: «We scored three great goals but Fulham is a well organized team»

A couple of good saves and a cleansheet which was only missed due to an unlucky deviation. Alexander Manninger has reason to be satisfied after the first leg against Fulham.

«It was a dirty goal. On such occasions, the ball stays there then somebody deviates and unfortunately this time it went in. However we reacted and scored a third. In London it will be a true battle. The defence played a great game tonight because we did not give our opponents space. We scored three great goals but Fulham is a well organized team with good qualities and they will definitely try to pay as back in London».

Asked what he thought of Zebina who scored a great goal, Manninger answered: «I did expect a great Zebina because I have seen him in training and lately he seems to be in great shape».
