Europa League drawings, Juventus’ comments

Right after having known the names of their three opponents to face in Europa League Round – Manchester City, Saltsburg and Lech Poznan -, first comments started. Comments which arrived from Montecarlo, where Jean-Claude Blanc spoke, and from Vinovo, by Giuseppe Marotta and Alberto Aquilani during the Rome midfielder presentation. Here what they said.

Jean-Claude Blanc: «It’s a competitive group, with great challenges and great matches for great teams. It’s a drawing proving the quality of this competition. Manchester City? I was expecting we were in the same round. They’ve got a trainer we know well. There will be two great matches».

Giuseppe Marotta: «Facing a team such as Manchester City is a very strong stimulus for us, an incentive to do well in the competition».

Alberto Aquilani: «I played in England and I know that teams are all tough. Manchester City bought some important players and they are a formidable opponent. But we are the Juventus and we must walk tall».
