To be part of the STAR segment, Juventus has to respect some rules, the most important are:
• Have a capitalization of less than Euro 1000 million;
• Have a minimum free float of 20%;
• Respect certain rules of corporate governance in terms of incentives to executive management, board committees and the number of independent directors on the board of directors;
• Appoint a Specialist (who is a broker or a bank) who undertakes to trade a minimum amount of the stock each day and publish regular research reports on the company;
• Publish quarterly financial statements within 45 days of the end of each quarter;
• Appoint an investor relator;
• Make available a copy of all company financial information on the company website both in Italian and in English.
