

Juventus is administered by a board of directors made up of 11 members (the number was approved during the last shareholders meeting): chairman Andrea Agnelli, Chief Executive Officer - General Manager Jean-Claude Blanc, Sport Dept. Chief Executive Officer and General Manager Giuseppe Marotta, administrators Carlo Barel di Sant’Albano, Michele Briamonte, Aldo Mazzia, Riccardo Montanaro, Pavel Nedved, Marzio Saà, Camillo Venesio and Khaled Fareg Zentuti. The board holds the highest powers with regards to ordinary and extraordinary administration of the club. It has thus the faculty of all the acts at its disposal retained necessary or opportune for the social objectives excluding only those reserved by law for the shareholders assembly.
